]]>Herne Hill Velodrome is an icon in British Cycling. It is the only surviving venue of the 1948 Olympics and has recently undergone a major track resurfacing. There are now plans for a extensive refurbishment of the site, hopefully returning the velodrome to something approaching its former glory.
